Wright Solutions urges firms to use Christmas Party to beat New Year blues

Birmingham based Wright Solutions, the Midlands’ leading training and HR recruitment specialists, are set to help businesses beat the New Year blues. 

Research indicates that following the Christmas period, the motivation and productivity of many employees can dip. As a result, organisations often start the year slowly, losing ground that they later struggle to regain.

Christmas party the perfect platform…

Wright Solutions has already established a reputation for innovative training and will host its ground-breaking free training forum ‘Future Now’ in November. Now, the company has urged organisations to use the office Christmas party as the springboard to success in the New Year.

Jon Terry, Operations Director of Wright Solutions explained, “Right now, many companies will be focusing on meeting their end of year targets and preparing for the Christmas shutdown. Unlikely as it may seem though, the Christmas party can also present the perfect platform to prepare for next year.

“In the morning of the party, most employees will be in the office before descending on their chosen venue. The more forward thinking organisations are already taking advantage of the opportunity, gathering key individuals, teams or departments together for training. Indeed, many of our own customers have asked us to provide DVDs, videos, books, team building and motivational training designed to energise key employees and place them in a stronger position from which to make a real difference in the New Year”.
