It incorporates a wide array of features to enable visitors to find the ideal position or skilled professional they are looking for within the IT, Finance, Human Resources and Engineering sectors.
Candidates can use the site to upload their CV, perform focused job searches, sign up for job alerts and more.
Clients can search for niche skilled people, register a vacancy, read testimonials from satisfied customers and keep up to date with company news.
At a time of increased competition in the recruitment sector it was important that the website stands out above the competition.
To maximise its potential as a fantastic job-finding resource the site contains several new functions such as the option to send suitable positions to friends, bookmark jobs on popular social networking sites and more.
The new site caters for international visitors across the UK, Europe, the USA and Asia and has been translated into four different languages.
Huxley Marketing Manager Karen O’Leary explained that the site has a prestigious look and feel and even features photographs of real company employees.
“Our aim was to produce a slick and aesthetically pleasing site that our customers will enjoy visiting to help them with their recruitment needs. We invested a lot of time with our clients and candidates during focus groups to ensure that we could develop a site that would provide our customers with all the information and support they need.”
The relaunch of the primary website follows on from Huxley Associates revamp of its internal recruitment and Global Markets-specific websites.
