Other categories for demonstrating commitment include feedback on gender issues, achieved by 42.9 per cent of organisations, inclusion of progress in annual report (25.5 per cent), and dissemination of success stories (36.6 per cent).

The study found the private sector appears reluctant to set targets for the number of women employed across organisations. Almost half (43.9 per cent) of private sector respondents say this is not in place.
