Facilities services provider ISS UK has appointed Paul Pagliari UK group HR director. He joins from the Scottish Government, where he was director of change and corporate services. Pagliari will be responsible for the HR strategy and its effective impact on the delivery of business goals.

Sandra Parsons has joined the ICE Group, which includes the Institution of Civil Engineers, as HR director. She was previously at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as head of HR. Parsons will be responsible for enabling the group to achieve its strategic goals through its people.

Also joining the group are Ethan Kelly-Wilson as group HR manager, and Colin Boyes-Hill as group learning and development manager.
