With both a royal wedding and the football World Cup in the next few months, XpertHR is conducting a survey on sporting and special events policies in the workplace.

The survey looks at how employers manage the workplace impact of sporting events and other special events. It looks in detail at policies on, and special arrangements for, major sporting events and other special events, and their impact on employee engagement.

Key dates and times (GMT)

Royal Wedding: Sat 19 May, 12:00

Extended licensing hours: Fri 18 May, 23:00 to 01:00, and Sat 19 May, 23:00 to 01:00

World Cup: Thurs 14 June to Sun 15 July
Eng v Tun: Mon 18 June, 19:00
Eng v Pan: Sun 24 June, 13:00
Eng v Bel: Thurs 28 June, 19:00

In exchange for completing this survey, you will receive a:

  • complimentary copy of the findings once we have completed our analysis; and
  • free copy of the XpertHR discipline and grievances survey report on completion of the survey.

In addition, respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.

Prize draw terms and conditions: The closing date for the prize draw is 30 June 2018. All those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into the draw, which will take place in the week commencing 16 July 2018. There are four prizes of £250 each and the winners will be notified by email during the week commencing 16 July 2018.
