An airport worker who claimed she was the subject of sexual harassment before being singled out for redundancy was unfairly dismissed, a tribunal has ruled.
Lisa Cogley, from Twickenham, is believed to have agreed a payout of around £10,000 from her former employers, LSG Sky Chefs, according to reports.
But her sexual harassment and discrimination claims were rejected by the panel.
Cogley, who was based at Heathrow Airport and worked for the firm since 2000, claimed she was deliberately targeted after complaining about lewd comments from her manager, which included “wanting to slap her bottom”.
Her boss denied all the allegations of sexual harassment and the panel dismissed the claims after hearing Cogley had not raised them until after she was dismissed.

In a statement, LSG Sky Chefs said it was disappointed with the tribunal’s ruling for unfair dismissal. It added: “We are reviewing the decision carefully to consider whether any changes in our policies and procedures are necessary.”
The firm, which provides catering for airlines, added it was “naturally delighted” the sexual discrimination and harassment allegations were rejected and found to be “false and totally unfounded”.
