Ros Brayfield has joined the Department of Culture, Media and Sport as head of HR and business resources. She was previously head of HR and organisational development for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
Angie Risley is stepping down from her role as HR director of Whitbread after 18 years at the company. She will join Lloyds TSB in May as its group HR director. Risley is also a member of the government’s Low Pay Commission.
Ian Russell has been appointed the non-executive chair of Remploy, an employment opportunity provider for disabled people. Russell was formerly chief executive of Scottish Power.
