Moto Hospitality drives through five-year payroll outsourcing deal with Northgate HR

Motorway services provider Moto Hospitality has signed a five-year deal to outsource its payroll function to Northgate HR.

The contract – worth £495,000 – will see Northgate HR take on responsibility for paying Moto’s 4,500 employees at 48 sites across the UK.

Existing payroll staff will provide first-line helpdesk support to employees with queries about their pay.

Tim Moss, chief executive of Moto Hospitality, said, “Our requirement was for a provider that could take over responsibility for our payroll and get things up and running quickly.
