Singing sandwich makes for festive feast

But those kind folk at retail giant Tesco have come up with a way to make the afternoon break more exciting, even if you’re staring at your PC screen.

The company today announed the launch of a musical sandwich, to enhance the lives of office workers eating at their desks.

The sandwich will use similar technology to that used in greetings cards. When the sandwich box is opened, it was activate a tiny microchip that plays a variety of songs, including the usual Christmas favourites.
