Star Wars gives senior coaching scheme x-factor

Employers have been offered a management training programme based on the new Star Wars film, Revenge of the Sith.

Absolute Training and Development Solutions is using the characters to illustrate management styles.

The authoritarian style of Darth Vader and the democratic approach of the Jedi are featured, along with the film’s robots who, while highly skilled, lack empowerment and any real responsibility.
