The Law Society has settled a case with one of its policy advisers who alleged a culture of bullying and racism.
Simret Parmar said she was bullied over five years and had her mental health called into question.

Parmar, 36, from Ilford, Essex, told the London Central Employment Tribunal that a racist staff member called Asians “reliable little workers” and Afro-Caribbeans “lazy” with “attitude problems”.
The Law Society settled for an undisclosed sum, but continues to deny the claims.
