Average pay for personnel staff increased by 3.5 per cent last year,
according to research. A survey of 2,000 personnel professionals by Croner
Reward in association with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
shows that personnel directors gained the highest raise – 4.6 per cent,
compared with a forecast of 3.9 per cent.
The overall forecast for personnel pay awards this year, is 3 per
