CBSbutler, the specialist engineering and technical recruiter has been named Agency of the Year and Best Technical Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence. And if that wasn’t a high enough accolade, the company was also runner up and highly commended in the best Client service and Best Agency to Work For categories.
The judges, a prestigious panel from the HR, Resourcing, Trade Association and Business Advisory sectors said that they “liked the introduction of CBSbutler’s new performance model giving equal weighting to behaviour and achievements of its own consultants. By focusing on ‘softer behaviours’ such as customer service, staff development and teamwork, the company has seen measurable performance improvements and added value.”

The judges also commented that they were “particularly impressed with the scope of activities such as participating in a Trade Leadership forum to raise standards of leadership within industry and promoting overseas trade, as well as the company’s work with schools to encourage young people to take an interest in science.”
