Accero honoured for outstanding customer care with coveted business award

by Personnel Today 26 Mar 2010
by Personnel Today 26 Mar 2010

Accero, the leading HR and Payroll software provider has been recognised for its outstanding client care with the award of the 2010 Stevie Award for Sales and Customer Service.  The Stevie Awards are highly coveted, prestigious awards that recognise outstanding achievement, commitment and enterprise in all areas of commerce across the United States.

Accero took the prize for the ‘Customer Service Team of the Year award; Recovery Situation’ category based on its ‘raving fan’ campaign. The year-long campaign comprised a huge input by Accero to develop and underline its customer relationship programme and included personal visits to clients by Accero executives and the rolling out of a key customer portal where clients can access software support and current payroll and HR information.

The Sales & Customer Service category honors the accomplishments of sales, customer service, and call/contact center professionals worldwide.  Governed by a board of distinguished judges and advisors that features many of the leading figures in American business, the award is sponsored by several of the top suppliers to sales and customer service professionals in America.

Chris Els, Accero’s UK managing director commented “Our commitment to our customer lies at the heart of the Accero offering.  This award is testimony to the hard work and dedication of the Accero  team in the United States and highlights how all of us are not only committed to delivering a great product but also fantastic service to our customers”. Chris added “We are extremely proud of our American colleagues in scooping this prestigious award and gaining such high-profile recognition of our commitment to customer service.”
