9-20 recruitment are delighted to announce the addition of yet more silverware to the companies ever growing collection.
At this years Scottish Recruitment Awards the company’s back office staff picked up the award in the ‘Best back office support team’ category which acknowledges those non fee generating teams within organizations.
Held to recognise the exceptional achievement in the Scottish recruitment industry the event at Glasgow’s Hilton was hosted by BBC’s Jackie Bird with the after dinner entertainment being provided by Justin Moorhouse, star of Peter Kay’s ‘Phoenix Nights’.
In accepting the award Wendy McDougall, 9-20 recruitment’s Managing Director said:
“After all their hard work and effort it’s fantastic to see the team receive this award. They have brought much value and cost effectiveness into the running of the company and without their ongoing support the company wouldn’t have been able to advance in as giant strides as it has.”
9-20 recruitment’s back office has played an integral part in the companies development in 2008.
As well as cutting recruiter training periods through the company’s very own IT recruitment academy the back office has also developed 9-20 recruitment’s very own recruiter and client resource management system which has dramatically reduced outgoing costs.
