Acas guides on bullying and harassment in the workplace

Acas
has updated its two guides on bullying and harassment: one for employees, and
one for employers.

This
guidance gives employees basic information about bullying and harassment,
offers sources of further information and summarises the responsibilities of
employers.

The
guides also contain useful summaries of the law, and suggestions for bringing
or avoiding claims.
