Acas launches new website

Acas has revamped its website with new features for for HR professionals, employers and employees.

The advice and conciliation service’s new website – which was redesigned following feedback from customers and users – features better navigation as well as providing tailored guidance for both employers and employees.

Research released last year revealed that the Acas website and its publications section benefit the UK economy by £32m. In 2007 there were more than three million visits to the website and nearly a million copies of Acas publications were downloaded free of charge.

Acas chief executive John Taylor said: “Using our expertise, we have been able to add to what is already a very valuable website, helping organisations large and small save time and money.

“Whether it’s maternity leave or bullying or training or equality, the Acas website covers all the key topics which can help managers deal effectively with people issues.”
