Accor Services, a leading provider of employee benefits, rewards and loyalty services has been awarded Investors in People status, recognising the company’s ongoing commitment and good approach to recruitment, training and development, employee communication and engagement, and leadership.
This is the fourth time Accor Services has received the accreditation since first achieving the award in 1999.
This year, the IiP assessors were particular taken by the enthusiasm and commitment of Accor Services employees, as well as recruitment, development opportunities and ‘AccorFlex’, the benefits package available to employees.
Managing Director Patrick Langlois said:
“Accor Services brand is built on ‘making life / work better’ for our customers and their employees. This is only possible by having great people, who are highly skilled, motivated and engaged in our business and that of our customers. We are a people organisation working in a people industry. We are pleased the assessors recognised this and were able to tell us what all of our colleagues tell us – that Accor Services is a great place to work, and a really good environment where people build on their skills and fulfil their potential.”
