Bolton based training provider Alliance Learning has been awarded a national accreditation for exceptional Advice and Guidance Services.
Alliance Learning now joins a number of organisations who have shown commitment to high quality service provision and who are working towards continuously improving their services
Matrix is a national accreditation covering a framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work.
The benefits of this acquirement enable the training provider to continue with their already extensive service offering which includes specialised knowledge and guidance on their apprenticeship and commercial course choices, highlighting the training provider’s continual perseverance in this particularly difficult financial climate.
The Matrix also addresses the issue of Equality and Diversity and how Alliance applies this to aims and objectives of their service delivery.
Alliance Learning achieved this 3 year accreditation in December after excelling in both the external and internal standards. Key strengths identified included; Commitment to learners and customers, excellent staff development, board involvement and an admirable awards evening.
The Matrix Standard assessor, Clare Cavadino, said: “It was a privilege to visit Alliance Learning; I had a good feeling about their training facilities as soon as I arrived. I am in no doubt that they will continue to be successful and we at The Matrix are proud to be in association with them.”
