and the European Union. And many see working longer as an example to the
workforce.
Nearly a third of respondents in a Mori survey, sponsored by BT, reported
working longer hours as a sacrifice to demonstrate their personal alignment
with the organisation’s desired culture. It was the biggest single category,
ahead of communicating with employees/being more approachable.
