by Personnel Today 4 Dec 2008

Application Lynx – a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) & payroll solutions – has partnered with Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) – a US based market leading Global System Integrator and Product Development company.

FCS a leader in its field with offices in the USA, India and Europe, joins with Application Lynx to jointly extend their presence throughout their key markets.

Joint clients will benefit from the extensive expertise that Application Lynx possesses in providing Oracle HCM solutions to SME and mid-tier size organisations in key sectors to include Finance, Local Government/Public Sector and Telco markets.

FCS’s breadth of experience in the provision of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and SOA integration allows clients to reap the benefits of fully integrated Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management within their organisation.

Mark Pulling, Managing Director, Application Lynx commented,

“The partnership with FCS provides strategic expansion opportunities in the growing BI and SOA requirements of our current and potential clients. FCS possesses an impressive track record and excellent customer interaction and we’re pleased to work with them in extending the HCM synergy to joint existing and new clients.

“This partnership gives us the added ability to provide clients with ultimate flexibility in times of rapid change by utilising this offshore model. It’s an exciting development in our continued growth strategy and we look forward to the increased depth and breadth of service and experience via FCS that we can offer to clients worldwide.”

Supplemented with a new outsourcing centre in India, Hyderabad, FCS has offices in three continents and also offers global expansion opportunities for clients and their international business aims.

To complement this, Application Lynx has developed innovative implementation templates in order to ‘Accelerate’ Oracle solutions for clients.

The ‘Accelerate’ approach offers a shortened timescale coupled with a strong track record in its key sectors to enable clients to greatly improve upon standard implementation time for their new HCM technology solutions, thus increase Return on Investment (ROI).

Vikram Takru, Vice President at FCS said:

“FCS and Application Lynx combined will allow us to provide complete, compelling solutions to our joint global customer base. FCS will provide expertise in the areas of Oracle BI, Hyperion, SOA, webMethods, MS integration and PeopleSoft solutions in the EMEA region.

“Equally, Application Lynx have an excellent reputation and innovative developments in HCM implementations. Their Accelerate approach combined with HCM expertise allows us to offer an increasingly high quality service to our client base.

“Looking ahead, this strategic partnership will allow us to progress to the next level by expanding the joint portfolio of services in the US and EMEA regions.
