Arc has announced that it has been re-approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management as one of their quality centres offering ILM accredited development programmes. Its current approval runs until 2011.
Secondly, you may also have heard in the press that the ILM has launched a brand new suite of qualifications which rather than being made up of small modules are now made up of much bigger chunks of learning – called units.
This brings them into line with the national framework for qualifications where people can work towards a qualification or get credit for individual units achieved – just like a National Vocational Qualification.
We are approved to offer the following:
At Level 2, there is the Award and Certificate in Team Leading
At Level 3 we offer the Award, Certificate and Diploma in First Line Management
We also offer the Award, Certificate and Diploma in Management at Level 5.
As well as the above revised qualifications, we still offer:
Level 3 Certificate in Coaching
ILM Endorsed Train the Trainer Award.
And thirdly..
