BA reward is just the ticket for employees under pressure

British
Airways is to give staff two free air tickets each as a way to thanks them for
enduring the stress of this month’s travel chaos.

The
offer is open to almost all of the airline’s 17,500 operational workers.

A BA
spokeswoman told the BBC Online: "The tickets are in recognition of the
fact we have been facing operational difficulties in the last few weeks, mainly
due to staff shortages. It is just a way for the airline to recognise
that, and that staff were under additional pressure."
