Trying too hard to be everyone’s friend and micromanaging are among the top 10 ‘boss sins’, according to a survey.
Being impulsive and impatient were also seen as negative attributes, the survey of more than 900 employees by HR consulting firm Development Dimensions and Badbossology.com revealed.

Seven out of 10 respondents between the ages of 34 and 45 also said they would prefer to work for a male boss, CNN reports. But employees over the age of 45 said they would prefer to have a boss who was about their own age.
