Britannia Building Society has launched an online voluntary benefits package as part of its reward strategy for its 5,000 staff.
The ‘Britannia Lifestyle’ programme provides access to online high street retailers offering discounts to employees, including John Lewis, Argos and Homebase.
The package, designed by provider P&MM, also includes discounted membership rates at Holmes Place Health Clubs and commission-free holidays from 750 tour operators.
Karen Moir, director of organisational development at Britannia, said: “The online facility is a great asset for everyone in our group of companies and demonstrates our unique approach in supporting each and everyone.”
The online benefits scheme is being delivered by the company through a change programme known as PeoplePlus.
