The
Office of National Statistics is using a mixture of computer-based and
instructor-led courses developed by KnowledgePool to train 1,200 people in the
computerised methods being used to process this year’s census forms. The method
of processing involves 31 different job functions and the training covers

Sixteen
different course types range from preparing documents to occupation coding
