Career Opportunities
The Certificate in Personnel Practice/Professional Certificate in Personnel Practice lays the foundation for further professional development and leads to Associate Membership of the CIPD. It aims to provide skills training in many aspects of personnel practice, thus enabling students to enhance their contribution to their organisation and to promote their own development. Successful completion of the course to Merit standard overall with, in addition, the support of the Course Leader, may enable students to progress to the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management; Human Resource Development; or Employee Relations.
