Companies
are no longer having difficulties recruiting suitable e-business staff,
according to a survey by Mercer Human Resources Consulting.
A
survey of 17 organisations, many of which employ more than 5,000 people, found
that none had experienced difficulty attracting e-talent in the past year.
In
last year’s survey, the majority of companies said they struggled to fill such
roles.

companies now have a sea of talent to choose from, but they should beware that
when the economy picks up, these employees could again be in hot demand."
