Cutting edge technology company, pebble.it, opts for Cezanne OnDemand online HR software to support its business ambitions

Pebble.it is a rapidly growing tech company with some great clients. The company’s business spans software development, website design, digital strategy consultancy and infrastructure support. Cezanne OnDemand provides SMEs with a simple-to-use and cost-effective HR software system to help streamline people management, reduce admin and gather better HR intelligence to support planning and decision-making. 

It is provided on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, which means it is hosted and delivered online via a secure server.  This eliminates the need for businesses to continually invest in their own hardware, software and support services.  They simply log on via the internet and have immediate access to the system. 

With Cezanne OnDemand, companies can easily manage a wide range of information about their employees, from skills and qualifications to holiday entitlements and career history. Intuitive features for absence management, legislative compliance, and employee self service, alongside graphical dashboards, embedded organisation charting and powerful search and query, ensure that companies can manage all of their key HR management activities through a single, secure HR system.

For companies of between 50 and 500 employees the monthly subscription fee is just £2 per employee per month, which includes online support and free updates delivered directly to the client. Cezanne’s ground-breaking ‘pay-as-you-go’ approach means that companies are billed monthly based on the actual number of active employees they manage each month in the system.
