Resilient HR Administrator Zara Osborn says the business will find the ability to put absence and holiday management back into the hands of individuals and their line managers particularly useful. “Cezanne OnDemand will help us ensure employees are taking an appropriate amount of holiday and relaxation time – and will enable managers to plan cover within their teams more effectively,” she explains.
