Resilient Networks signs up for Cezanne OnDemand – the online HR software solution for mid and small-sized businesses

Resilient Networks plc is the latest company to join a growing band of innovative businesses who are using Cezanne OnDemand the on-line HR software solution to support the effective management of their people.

Resilient has recognised that as it continues to expand, it will need a more sophisticated approach to managing HR data and processes. The Cezanne OnDemand HR solution fitted the bill because of its flexibility and range of capabilities – as well as its ground-breaking pay-as-you-go model.

Cezanne OnDemand provides SMEs with a simple and cost-effective tool to help streamline people management, reduce admin and gather better HR intelligence to support planning and decision-making.

It is provided on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, which means it is hosted and delivered on line via a secure server. This eliminates the need for small businesses to continually invest in their own hardware, software and support services. They simply log on via the internet and have immediate access to the system.
 
For companies with between 50 and 500 employees, the HR admin, employee self service and absence management functionality costs just £2 per employee per month. Subscriptions are adjusted by Cezanne on a monthly basis to reflect the number of employees being managed and the modules being used. Online help and updates to existing functionality are provided free as part of the subscription service.

Resilient HR Administrator Zara Osborn says the business will find the ability to put absence and holiday management back into the hands of individuals and their line managers particularly useful.  “Cezanne OnDemand will help us ensure employees are taking an appropriate amount of holiday and relaxation time – and will enable managers to plan cover within their teams more effectively,” she explains.

The system will also help Resilient build an up-to-date picture of employee skills and development needs. “We are developing a stronger focus on training and development in order to support our growth plans,” Zara explains. “Cezanne OnDemand will help us maintain accurate information about the skill set of each of our employees so that we can see where the gaps are and plan how we can support individuals with their career development.”

Cezanne has supported the Resilient HR team with data transfer and provided comprehensive training in how to use the system. The training will be cascaded internally to line managers and then individual employees, with a view to the system going live in mid September. “We have found Cezanne OnDemand very intuitive and easy to use and because it is a SaaS HR solution, we will be able to get up and running within a matter of weeks, which is a real bonus,” said Zara.
