Subject to Parliamentary approval, this means that from this date, all employment tribunal claims presented to HM Courts & Tribunals Service will be liable for payment of a fee or an application for fee remission under the HM Courts & Tribunals Service remissions scheme. EAT appeals from the employment tribunals will also be subject to this new fees regime.
