Directors gain insight in back-to-floor initiative

Editorial managers at Personnel Today have been taking part in a ‘back to
the floor’ initiative to get a feel for life at the sharp end.

Editorial director Jane King was demoted to junior reporter – for a week.
Publisher Trevor Parker will also do a stint as a reporter. Editor Noel
O’Reilly, assistant editor Mike Broad and PersonnelToday.com manager Andrew
Rogers are taking part.
