According to the 2000 Global Share Plans Survey, conducted by the Human
Capital Group at Andersen, more companies are offering their employees the
chance to put their savings into the market. Among the survey’s highlights were

[80%] of participating companies offer some form of global share plan

[89%] that have plans offer more than one plan
