Employers keen to tap into the creativity of their staff

Methods used to give staff a sense of inclusion in decisions range from employee suggestions schemes (43 per cent) and employee attitude surveys (43 per cent) to employee share ownership or profit sharing (37 per cent).

This year’s CBI/William Mercer Employment Trends Survey found employers are keen to tap into the ideas and creativity of all employees to achieve a competitive advantage.

The survey asked companies what methods they use to increase employee involvement, both in relation to their own jobs and the development of the organisation as a whole.
