Energy Recruiter is First Bullhorn client to go Live with Daxtra

by Personnel Today 6 Dec 2010
by Personnel Today 6 Dec 2010

Specialist Energy recruiter Spencer Ogden are the first UK recruiters to go live with Daxtra’s technologies fully integrated within Bullhorn. Spencer Ogden considered a number of CV parsers whilst researching the market but as previous clients of Daxtra decided to engage with them once again.

David Spencer-Percival, CEO of Spencer Ogden commented ‘ I have previously worked with Daxtra but was aware of comparable products on the market, after a thorough review it was clear that the services that Daxtra are able to offer are unparalleled’.

Spencer Ogden launched in January 2010 and it was vital that from day one, consultants were able to easily get CVs processed, skilled, formatted and on to the system, and do so as quick as possible. Donna Hewett, Head of Operations, commented, ‘It was essential as a start up that we were able to get good CVs onto our database with ease. Daxtra’s integration with Bullhorn meant that this was possible from day one’.

Daxtra are of course delighted with Spencer Ogden’s successful launch and Sergei Makhmodov, Commercial Director for Daxtra, added, ‘As always we are very proud when a client has such a smooth and successful launch, more so as this was first complete integration with Bullhorn and I’m sure that our proven CV Parsing and Reformatting technologies will give Spencer Ogden a distinct competitive edge’.
