Ex referee Collina offers leadership tips

Ex-referee Pierluigi Collina is set to blow the whistle on his top tips for leadership and management.

The instantly recognisable figure will be speaking at Pricewaterhouse­Coopers’ international HR conference in Rome next month.

Collina was regarded by pundits as the best football official of his day for his decision-making and the respect he commanded from players.
