A former secretary of the Prince of Wales’ office has told the Croydon Employment Tribunal in South London, that she was the victim of unfair dismissal and sex discrimination.
Elaine Day worked at Clarence House for five years, but claims she was forced out after making a claim against her boss, whom she said had touched her and another female employee inappropriately.

Representatives from Clarence House said they would defend the claim “vigorously”, according to the BBC.
The hearing is expected to last for three days.
