Any manager who fears contact with journalists would do well to become acquainted with this book. It gives advice on handling all types of situations from self-promotion to dealing with a crisis.

Its forte is the checklists and guides at the end of each chapter and its insight into the workings of the journalists’ mind.
This is a useful book, slightly thin, but very portable and practical. ‘Handy’ is the adjective which comes to mind.
