Hays Resource Management selects TalentTracker for online recruitment

Logical Innovations has today announced that leading recruitment process outsourcer Hays Resource Management has chosen TalentTracker to manage online recruitment for a leading UK retail bank.

Hays Resource Management (HRM) is part of Hays plc, a global leader in specialist recruitment. HRM is the market leading provider of HR and recruitment process outsourcing services. Its aim is to provide its clients with a competitive advantage in attracting and securing new talent while delivering cost, time and process savings.

HRM identified the need to deliver an online recruitment solution for its client to automate and streamline the current recruitment processes. HRM has already successfully implemented TalentTracker for other clients and identified the system as the ideal solution for its customer. The system is already proven in handling high volume applications and will be used to manage UK-wide vacancies.
