Organisations cut learning budgets back to the core during the economic downturn, and as they begin to invest in training again, they are giving careful consideration to where their money goes.
XpertHR is investigating spending trends in learning and development. By sharing details about how your organisation spends its staff development budget with us, you will receive a complimentary copy of a report on our findings, and a free copy of the 2014 XpertHR employers’ use of competencies survey report, emailed to you on completion of the survey.
In addition, all those respondents whose data can be used in XpertHR survey analyses will be entered into a draw for the chance to win one of four £250 prizes.
