Cezanne HRAs many businesses continue to adopt hybrid working, HR professionals are slowly realising the impact that remote working might be having on sickness absence.

But what are the implications of working from home on short-term absences? Are employees electing to log on when they might otherwise decide to have the day off? What effects are HR professionals seeing on absence rates and how are they now managing absence in their business?

This Personnel Today survey, in association with Cezanne HR, examines how employers are managing short-term sickness absence in the light of hybrid working.
