HR and L&D professionals attend workshop

by Personnel Today 9 Jul 2009

HR and L&D Professionals from some of the UK’s top companies attended a free workshop held by Creative Edge Consulting in London last week.

The aim was to exchange ideas with fellow professionals as to how best to develop leaders in the current economic climate, and come up with creative, practical and sustainable solutions.

Feedback from all the participants was very positive e.g.

“All questions analysed were very relevant to our business cycle. The balance between teaching & learning and active delegate workshop participation was just right” CB&I.

“Great opportunity to reflect for self, team and organisation. Really great output” Old Mutual.

Creative Edge Consulting are planning another, similar, event later in the year.
