A round-up of the latest HR appointments.
Investment management firm Waypoint Capital Holdings has announced the appointment of Richard Fuller as group HR director. Fuller has more than 20 years’ experience in HR, most recently as HR director at Smith & Williamson Investment Management. Fuller will be based in Waypoint’s offices in Geneva.

Alastair Swindlehurst has been appointed to the newly created role of HR director at marketing solutions company APS Group. Previously, Swindlehurst worked as HR business partner for four years at integrated communications provider RR Donnelley. He has also held HR roles at chemical company Clariant, food distributer and manufacturer Princes and retailer Next Group.
Mobile advertising firm InMobi has appointed Monisha Tambay to the new role of vice-president of global people operations. Tambay will be based in Bangalore, India, and will be responsible for fostering new talent and providing continued support and development for more than 700 employees worldwide. She joins the company from business support systems provider Subex, where she was global head of human resources.
