How
long?
The
course can be taken full-time over two semesters, beginning September or
February, or part-time over two years using a flexible study pattern.
Entry
qualifications
Applicants
will need a good Honours degree or an equivalent qualification and/or to be
able to demonstrate their suitability for study at postgraduate level.
Modules
These
include international business strategy, international personnel and
development, cross-cultural management, comparative employment systems and
research methods. Students must also prepare a dissertation.

Career
opportunities
This
programme is aimed at people who are pursuing a career in HR management where
the international dimension is significant. It will help students develop an
understanding of the impact of HR management within a global business context
and how best to operate as HR managers within an international arena. Course
members can also apply to develop their dissertation topic into an MPhil/PhD programme.
