This book opened my eyes to the diversity of how we perceive ‘business partnership’. I thoroughly enjoyed the book, as I found many useful pieces of subject matter and informa-tion. The case studies were used well and the whole read had a genuine and understandable flow, which made it easy to follow.

From a business point of view, there are many items and subjects with which we can influence the way forward for companies. ‘Assessing your progress’ is one section that will definitely make improvements to my approach and add potential value to the business by focusing on key issues.

Being able to understand a complex trail in business partnerships is essential, and this book helps you achieve that. The use of ‘Innocent Sheep, Inept Donkey, Clever Fox and a Wise Owl’ (which I will incorporate in training sessions) explains the need to be a professionally excellent all-rounder to obtain the skills and understanding of how diverse individuals can be. The authors use case studies to coincide with the appropriate chapter, giving them context.

I would certainly recommend this to my colleagues and have done so, hence the queue at my door.
