HumanConcepts partners with Progreso

HumanConcepts, the developer of OrgPlus, announced today a partnership with Belgium-based workforce development system provider, Progreso.

OrgPlus greatly extends the value of Progreso’s innovative talent and performance management software with a suite of tools to model business scenarios and plan for workforce change.

Clients of Progreso will benefit from the convenience of a unified company view generated by OrgPlus to identify where they are at risk of critical talent shortages and quickly act to increase bench strength in strategic areas.

“Growing, reducing or just adjusting your workforce presents a different set of challenges for every company in every country. Across Europe, workforce change is central to how companies run and grow, and a key reason HumanConcepts has experienced such rapid expansion here,” said Scott Jenkins, Director, HumanConcepts UK.

“This strategic relationship with Progreso will further support our growth in Europe. We are very excited about working together to provide workforce modelling solutions to companies in Belgium.”

Luc Christiaens, Managing Director, Progreso commented:

“By gaining visibility into talent characteristics, our customers will be equipped to make effective HR decisions and protect the company from losing key personnel or missing market opportunities because of workforce shortfalls.”

OrgPlus assists HR professionals when planning and executing workforce management tasks including succession planning, talent acquisition and management, budgeting, compensation and benefits planning and communicating a corporate employee directory.

Additionally, OrgPlus facilitates ‘what if’ scenario planning which is critical for successful change management, reorganisation and merger and acquisition activities.
