part of a drive to improve the consistency and quality of its recruitment
activities across the company. It is working with recruitment marketing agency
aia to develop a standard online ad manual which will include ads for the

Directmoving adds salary checker
Relocation website Directmoving has added a salary calculator to its range
of tools in the HRM Lounge on the site. HR professionals can key in company
name and job title to find out the typical salary being paid in that location.
The information can be downloaded to a PC or Portable Digital Assistant (PDA)
for future reference. It follows introduction of Directmoving’s cost of living
calculator that works in a similar way.

and development consultancy. Based around a client’s competency framework,
Askcoach lets users drop resources on to a password-protected personal
