A third of HR professionals believe improved decision-making mechanisms
would improve their working life.
According to a study by Richmond Events, an easier decision-making processes
tops the HR wishlist, with fewer meetings next in line, with 19 per cent
identifying this as an issue.
Of the 290 respondents, 17 per cent feel less office politics would make
their working life more enjoyable and productive, while 13 per cent believe
improved flexible working is important.
Greater recognition by superiors of the importance of home life and a
clearer promotion path are highlighted by 7 per cent of respondents.
A fairer pay structure would also help according to 4 per cent of those
