Introduction of Employment Tribunals’ new e-forms postponed

IT problems at the employment tribunals service have forced the government to the postpone the introduction of prescribed forms for claims and responses to Employment Tribunals.

The changes will be put back until 1 October because the Employment Tribunals Service (ETS) has not finalised improvements being developed to the electronic versions of the forms.

In addition, the ETS is investigating whether any changes to the design presentation of the forms may be required to facilitate electronic scanning.
