ITskills demand grows by quarter

The second most important skill is creativity (65 per cent this year and 48 per cent five years ago), says a report due from Henley Management College this month.

Fifty-four per cent are looking for e-commerce awareness compared with 4 per cent in 1995.

The other main skill sought by employers, according to the report, E-Business Management in the New Economy, is strategic awareness – 54 per cent, as against 31 per cent previously.
